Allama Iqbal Open University Offered Free Education

Allama Iqbal Open University admissions for matric to PhD programs are starting from July 15.
Matric education will be provided free of cost in Balochistan, old FATA and Gilgit-Baltistan. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasir Mehmood has instructed the concerned regional directors of the university to convey this message of the university to every home of these three areas so that no one who wants to acquire knowledge in these areas is deprived of this facility of the university.
Dr. Nasir Mehmood says that Open University is trying hard to bring every citizen of Pakistan into the educational network.
Efforts are being made to ensure that not a single youth is deprived of higher and quality education due to lack of financial resources.
For this purpose, the university will also provide discount in admission fees to poor and deserving students.
Low-income but intelligent students who are forced to drop out simply because they cannot afford to pay the admission fee will benefit the most from the admission fee concession scheme.
Poor and deserving students are directed to contact the concerned Regional Office to get fee concession.
